The following information was sent to us from Plum Contracting, Inc.
Plum Contracting, Inc will be performing the slide repair work on SR 201 Fayette Avenue in Belle Vernon, Washington Township, Fayette County. The slide repair will utilize traffic signals to implement a one lane road between Naomi Road and Summit Road. Please see the attached map showing the truck detour and approximate location. This portion of the road will be reduced to one lane starting Tuesday, September 12, 2023 (Weather Permitting). A detour will be implemented to assist trucks to their destination. The repair work will take place throughout the month of September. At this time, we anticipate the road being re-opened to 2-lanes before the end of October 2023, pending unforeseen conditions.
