Fayette Waste will be taking over as the garbage collector for Washington Township starting March 1, 2024. Residents will be receiving a Welcome Packet in the mail from Fayette Waste. We have the Route Schedule (pickup days) and Monthly Calendar attached below. Copies will also be available at the Township Building.
Please note: All recycling will be picked up on Tuesdays, even if your garbage pickup day is a different day.
There are also some streets missing from the Route Schedule. Fayette Waste has been made aware of this and will be adjusting their schedule to add these streets. (UPDATED)
To receive a Senior Citizen discount, you must bring a valid drivers license to the Washington Township building or send a copy to the garbage company after March 1st.
